Lowlands/scotland As the name suggests, the Lowlands are a flat region in the southernmost part of Scotland. They are wonderful to drink as an aperitif. |

Speyside/Scotland Speyside is the centre of whisky production in Scotland and houses the most distilleries of all the regions. Geographically it is part of the Highlands, though considered a separate whisky region due to the differences in style and flavour to other Highland areas. Speyside is an excellent starting point in the fascinating and diverse world of whisky. Speyside whiskies are elegant and gentle in character, with gently sweet malty notes mixing with just a hint of smoky depth. A great all rounder! |

Palate is sweet at first followed by a blast of smoky peat. Warming and dry, it has perfect balance from start to finish. Finishes long with hints of tar, biscuits and liquorice. A magnificent fully mature Highlander in all it’s glory.
